Tailor joined APC in 2015 as a process engineer and immediately demonstrated a听practical and methodical approach to problem-solving and continuous听improvement. With a laser focus on听nickel chrome plating and the functional characteristics of the deposited coating,听Tailor听was quickly promoted to director of quality.听
