A surface finishing industry veteran, Mr. Isola possesses over thirty years of manufacturing experience in decorative and functional plating, anodizing and metal stamping operations.
Prior to joining 福利社区一区二区三区, Mr. Isola was the director of sales and marketing for Chem-Plate Industries in Elk Grove, IL. Mr. Isola helped restore the company to profitability while leading top line sales to its best numbers since 2007. Previously, he was the director of sales and marketing development for S&D Products (Barlett, IL) where he established a best-in-class customer service team, while increasing the company鈥檚 market share by over 30% in three years. Mr. Isola also served as vice president of sales and marketing for the Chicago Anodizing Company, and held a number of sales management positions at Pioneer Metal Finishing (Green Bay, WI). At Pioneer, Mr. Isola helped to substantially expand the company鈥檚 top and bottom line efforts, as well as its footprint across North America.

A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Mr. Isola is an active member of the Industrial Fasteners Institute (IFI). He has also held memberships with the National Association for Surface Finishing (NASF), Precision Machined Products Association (PMPA), and Precision Metalforming Association (PMA). Mr. Isola earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree from Southern Illinois University and has volunteered for a number of charities and youth sports organizations.
